St. Anton Capital
is the umbrella organization for St. Anton Communities, Hurley Construction, and St. Anton Multifamily (Property Management), which is an award-winning, nationally recognized apartment and mixed-use builder with more than 35 years of ownership experience.

St. Anton Capital builds and owns its projects for the long-term and focuses on smart growth, transit and pedestrian-oriented rental housing and mixed use projects. The St. Anton team is actively engaged in all details of a project from acquisition to design, construction, and management operations. St. Anton Capital prides itself on community collaboration, patience and long-term execution.

Current projects include more than 1,300 units under construction and 1,500 units of market rate and affordable Transit-Oriented Development in the 2022 pipeline throughout California. Founder Peter Geremia’s companies have built over 13,000 apartment units throughout California and he remains the owner or co-owner in nearly every project.

Development and Financing Approach

St. Anton Capital uses internal capital and traditional financing for its development projects. As a self-performing General Contractor, Hurley Construction builds their communities to ensure that the highest standards and specifications are met. Since St. Anton Capital owns and operates its communities for the long term, they pay attention to every detail throughout the design and development process. A key benefit to using internal capital is the ability to close on land without entitlements.
